I have a new problem. My nitrates are very high 80pm as determined by API. My fish were transferred to a 65 gallon Red Sea on Tuesday. I tested the parameters tonight and my nitrates were high. My large clown fish is also swimming at the top acting strange. I had 5 gallons of water and changed the water. However, that did not do anything for the nitrate reading. I am worried that my clown may die. Is there anything that I can do tonight? As soon as the store open I am going to get water.
