Can someone tell me what is the white stuff with hole and brown/white tube in my zoa colony please? Are they sponge/spaghetti worm? They are killing my zoa colony. What is the best way to remove them without harming zoa? Will freshwater or coral rx dip work? Thanks a lot.

Looks to be a sponge I don't think its killing your zoas. Although it seems to be outcompeting your zoas for real estate. You may try to physically remove it while ALL pumps are off also suggest looking at the nutrients in your tank. May be a way slow its growth without affecting other tank mates
