...now my addiction can be fed at home and at work. :D

This is a 12 gal NanoCube and has been up and running for five weeks now. I took out the original pump and replaced with a MJ 900 and added another MJ 600 for circulation. It has the basic single 50/50 bulb. I've got 20 lbs of LS and about 25 lbs of live rock.

Thanks...I think I'm going to wait and see how the single bulb works. If need be, I may try and add another. I'm not looking for super growth, just enough to keep everything going and healthy.

It's pretty cool to see my co-workers' amazement. Many have never seen "plants" like that before.

Anyway, the nano looks really nice. I'm going to pick one up tomorrow and seeing your pics is making me anxious. Don't the maxi-jets raise the temp a little? They're not very popular on nano-reef.com's forums, which I've been reading through for a few weeks. Otherwise, I've got a spare maxijet I wouldn't hesitate to use.

I've actually had to keep a heater in the tank during the day while the lights are on. The hood comes with two fans. Once the lights turn on, the temperature steadily falls. I don't really have any problems overnight. I've not really noticed any difference with the MJ's as far as heat goes. Which ever you decide, I would definately go with something. The flow from just the one pump is simply not enough in my opinion.

I owned virtually the same tank (DX version though), and like Rxonco, exchanged the stock pump for a maxi 900 (apparently a very common mod). The switch brought my temp down about 3 degrees, and thats with the dual CF lighting setup. Im sure adding another maxi wouldnt dramatically raise the temp.

Many times, I take off Friday through Sunday. Will this be fine to leave everything for three days? (i.e. No feeding)
