Added the Potter's angelfish today.

This will be the last fish for at least a few weeks. The rest of the the fish I want are all potential jumpers. So I will need to get a lid on the tank first.

Beautiful fish Rick.
What kind of lid you looking at getting? Something like artfully acrylic out Octo-lids?

Thanks Mike!

I've ordered one from clearviewlids.com for a smaller tank I have. I may get it from them but it will be almost $400 for this tank.

Or I may get a DD Jumpguard PRO. It's more of a DIY cover and cost $79.

What are the dimensions on your tank? I could probably do you some acrylic ones for significantly cheaper.

Red Sea list it at 71" x 25.6"

But I'll measure it myself to make sure.
Ok cool. I'll do some research on the types of builds out there. The thickness of the acrylic they use will drastically effect the cost. I can just clone what they do though. The perks of CNC.

Welcome to the club. I also have a RS 750. (y)

You picked two of the worst angels if you are keeping corals lol-Potter is definitely a no no for me unless you have huge colonies and you can afford for fish to nip on corals. The golden angel is a very very finicky eater. I tried two different time and both times I failed. Also, cost has gone up for these fish $200-$300.

I usually stay away from the dwarf angels. The ones I have good luck with flame/bellus/lamarck/watanabai. Look at the big angels. I have had good luck with queen/emperor/regal/blue line. The trick is to buy them small.

I'm also thinking about either a Potter's angelfish or Golden angelfish.

Hey John when you suggest buying small is that help alleviate the tendency to feed on coral polyps?
