I will post my progress from day 1


So far I fill it up with water and some sand. Pics look cloudy.

1.25 salinity

T5ho for lighting??? or pc??

Live stock not sure...

Maybe some small cheato in the fudge

Currently running carbon to clear up water.

Nice start.

Is there some sort of foam or rock wall that you built on the back wall?

How big is the tank? PC will work for most corals in a smaller tank but I've found that T5 gives off less heat and just seems to look better so that may be a factor, especially if you intend to have the lighting close to the tank.

I went with the low profile pc light I love it! I went ahead and threw in some cheap coral to test out the water..They are doing good so far.

Yes the tank is premade with the rock background and Idk the size its about 12" by 12" with the fudge and sump in the back...Im guessing its 10g or so....
