Hello everyone I am planning an Alaska trip in July. I was wondering if you could recommend any guides to fish Kenai for Kings and for Halibut fishing. Thanks.

haven't been since 2001, don't remember the guides we used but I have been twice and if you are big into fishing I would recommend you stick to the Kings. The halibut fishing is alot like snapper fishing here it is very slow and they don't fight much. If you are on a limited time and budget stick to the river for the salmon run. Thats what we did on our second trip.
Anyway good luck, its such a wonderful place. Go early and catch the big Russian River run (if you are a fly fisher).
