This is a photo review of this kit from www.aquastyleonline.com

http://www.aquastyleonline.com/products/Aquarium-24--LEDs--DIY-Dimmable-Kit.html

Ordering process was simple and Ray (in Hong Kong) replies in a timely manner (within 24 hours usually). Assembly was $10 each kit. So total per kit with $30 shipping is $140.

Packaging & Shipping: some of the optics fell off but was easy to snap back on

Dimmable switches on top: As you can see, he even installed a fan which was not even part of the kit. BONUS!

LED's with optics on:

LED's on using dimmers at each extreme:

LED's on 100% on left, fully dimmed on right:

Full LED's on with my t5's on in back:

Whites fully dimmed, 10 RB's and 2 UV's on 100%:

2 fixtures set about 3 inches from water. The preinstalled hanging wires are awesome as well. I used 4 U-clamps on the 1x1 braces and the hanging hooks latch on perfectly. I can adjust up/down/left/right very easily. Also notice how clean the assembly is.

I didn't think the 2 Ultra Violet lights would make much of a difference but there's a nice purple tint now. This is Harry my monster Pensacola Hermit Crab.

Another shot with one on, one off. Timers are not exactly synced up.

And my Bubbly seems to like it a lot. He used to be shriveled up under the t5's.

thanks, gabe. My tank mainly only has bubble coral, kenya tree, small pavona, candy cane, a toad stool and some finger leather. No sps. Should I worry about the ones i have? btw, these bridgelux led's are definitely not as bright as the Crees. Not even close.

Here's a very clear improvement with the new lighting. These Palys have never opened up like this for me before. They look gorgeous all puffed up.
