So I have two bulbs that won't fire on a 6 bulb fixture. It isn't the bulbs because I did the swap test. I don't think it is ballasts because it is one bulb on the 2 bulb channel and the other is on the 4 bulb channel. My son said something about a grounding problem. Anyone here have experience in this area? I am electrically challenged.
