I took down my 6 bulb ATI and I knew the fans weren't working. When I pulled the fans and put them on a 9V battery they run. Fans are good. Tested the converter power coming out of the junction box where everything goes to one wire to the unit 9V. ATI North America says there isn't anything else to stop the fans from running. This is about a 10-12 year old Sunpower. Anybody have any experience with these. If their is a relay or something inside the light I would like to get it ordered. I hate to bust into the back of the light . Last time I did that to change ballasts I had a fit getting it back together. Yes the fans were working after I changed the ballasts.

Well I broke down and took it apart. It looks like a bad wire to me. All the wiring is in one sheath. So I am just going to terminate the fans at the junction box and hard wire the fans from the top of the fixture.
