Guys help me out

At one time a guy was making Auto Top off systems and im pretty sure he was based out of the Houston area. Anyone know of who im talking about? Been years since ive bought one and do not remember his website.

Back in the day the site was www.top-off.com. It must have gone through some changes. Used to have a deluxe kit with a cool LED display.
