I went by friday and they have some cool looking slugs, very colorful and I asked them if it's reef safe and how to feed but they couldn't provide any info so I didn't buy any. I really wanted to buy a few.

Found a pic, it's the purple sea slug. I also found out that it's hard to feed in captivity.

oh well there goes 12 bucks. The wife liked it so much that I bought it. I figured it will have a better life in my tank than it would have in the City Pets tank. They told me it at algea and phytoplankton. hehe..dummy me beleived them.

Colorful nudibranchs are notorious for being hard to feed and to keep alive in a fish tank. They are even more notorious for being toxic, and when they die tehy will release those toxins into the water, thereby nuking your tank. This does not always happen, but I have known several people to have lost their entire tank due to a dead "colorful slug."

Jim,
The ones at city pet looked bright green with some pink and white if I remember correctly. Awesome colors.
Anyway, thanks for the info.
