I'm not really sure what this is, and I want to know if I'm caring for it correctly. It's hard to see in the picture, if no one can make it out, I'll take a new one tomorrow with the lights on.

I think ive seen one of those and that it was hard at the ends? this is soft at the end. And it comes out in the light, and retracts a little at night time.

wow, thanks. I've asked a few of my friends about them, and they said they weren't anything bad. I appreciate the advice and I'll def buy that stuff to wipe them out. Thanks so much.

I don't know if the candy can is malnourished, it could quite possibly be retracted.

I think he is sickly actually. I bought him at aquarium world a few months ago for 9$, and he actually looks better now than he did. I didn't realize I should be target feeding him until a few days ago, so now I've been doing that with brine shrimp. If someone has another idea that would benefit him, let me know. I'd appreciate it.

It does not need target feedings, just good water quality and light. They will usually grow pretty fast if you are able to feed them though.

You know... some people like Mojanos. Just saying...

I actually think they are pretty neat looking, and controllable... of course, this is solely based on research not actually having one.

Just a friendly FYI. Good luck either way. :)

Mine actually seemed to multiply a lot faster than that guy let on. I don't understand why they are harmful. Are they just kind of the weeds of corals? I bought Aiptasia X and it seemed to do the job. They were starting to encroach on my other corals. They spread very rapidly in my tank, that wasn't the only one I had. I didn't know that Mojanos existed, I just knew they weren't Aiptasia so I left them alone. Thanks for all the feed back though guys! :]

They really are not controlable, and can sting just about anything they come into contact with.
