It appears Marsh has taken trips to the Flower Gardens in the past. Is anything on the schedule to go again?

I've never heard of diabetes getting in the way...then again, maybe it does, that's why they aren't out there telling their story.

It depends on the instructor, but most recreational places will agree that it's ok as long as it's managed. If you have to dive for work, and you are going to be under water for extended periods, then having diabetes may become an issue. For beginner recreational diving, you should be ok.

I'm getting my dive master now, but I'm always down for a vacation.
