Fruit flies (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for some fruit flies to start up some cultures before I get some dart frogs and was wondering if anyone could give me some. I'd rather get some locally instead of having to order. PM me if anyone can help me out.

There is a local reptile store called ultimate reptiles that usually has them in stock

Thanks for the reply. I actually had tried there, but they don't have any right now, and besides, they charge $16 for a culture. Are you kidding me? Sixteen dollars?!? I can have some shipped to me way cheaper than that.

I have many of them in my house. If you want them to stop by, leave an opened banana in a cup sealed with plastic wrap, and just poke lots of little holes in it with a tooth pick. If you put it outside, I almost gurantee you'll have 20 of them within a few hours.
