I'm thinking of getting a Bicolor Goatfish and wanted to know if anyone has some experience with them. I have a large open sand bottom and want to keep it clean also wanted to know if it will eat my DIBs or Turbo snails, I know it will eat shrimp but want to know about anything else it might chump on.

Supposed to be jumpers. Don't they get big (foot long)?

I don't have any personal experience, but I suspect it will slowly consume your snails much like harlequin tusks.

Actually - bad idea. They're sandsifters and once they exterminate everything in the sandbed they'll slowly starve. As in, they don't take real well to prepared foods. Sorry, but I'd pass, unless it's from someone who's had it awhile and has been feeding it with alternative foodstuffs.
