Planning to go there for a week in May-June and I'm looking for a good outfit. I'd prefer a smaller boat if you know anyone who has boats for just 6-8 people.

I know lots of people on here have been there, so let me know who you thought was best!

Thanks,
Les

My bad

The last time I was there I did a few dives with Dive Paradise diving (I think that is what it is called) They are the largest operator there. It was a small herd boat. Not too bad but not great. I remember the staff was good. I usually just go with the dive shop that is affiliated with the hotel that I am staying at. It makes it easy that way and if you do not like the service you could find another outfit to go diving with.

Make sure you eat at a Premos. It is the BEST restaurant on the Island!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is about 2 short block from the town square. Ask any local and they will point you in the right direction. It is very very yummy!!!!!!!

There is a dive show this weekend that has a bunch of operators including dive paradise

Its been a little over a year since I went, but I had a great experience with Caribbean Divers Dive Shop. They operate a couple of small boats and had attentive service. The owner's name is Cesar Zepeda and is was very professional and safe. My wife was a very nervous about her 1st dive experience. They where great at calming her fear and she had a great time. Hope this helps.

I did a lot of snorkeling at a little bar out there. I called it the Corona bar since there must have been over a 100 Corona signs all over the place. All you have to do is drink a beer to go in the water :)

Here a couple pics I took at that place. Let me know if you're interested and I'll find the real name of that place LOL

Cozumel Dive Operation

I've been to Cozumel several times. I have had great luck with Blue Angel Dive Shop. Small boats, great dive masters. They took good care of us. I can recommend them highly.
