I haven't been on Marsh in awhile ( a few weeks) and the system didn't recognize my user name or password. I registered again with the exact same info I used 3 years ago and I'm a new user again. Very strange! I've been a member off and on for several years and never had this happen. If you're not a paid member do they wipe you out after awhile?

I "think" when the website was moved accounts that had not been active in x # of days where removed. But if you have been active a couple of weeks ago then I dunno what would cause that. I'm going to move this thread to the new website forum and maybe John will have an idea...

The rules will prompt all users to re-accept. Time was off due to a code bug on the back-end.

We do purge inactive accounts. But thus far we've only done it the one time when we moved servers. In the coming weeks it will be added as a regular process. This keeps the system clean, current, and performing.

We will post the account purge process before it is activated.
