I got these at the last trip thanks to Carlos and Mike With their advise. I never done this stuff before its pretty cool to catch something for your tank. These guys are in my FOWLR tank I have no special lighting and no coral to care for.

Those rock nems need light. Hope you at least have PC lights on your fowler tank or they will die. feed them raw shrimp ok.

I feed mine small chunks of silversides, it's almost doubled in size over three weeks. Mine is light blue 1-1/4" tenticles. If you feed it, it will open up almost all the time. I have another that I haven't been able to feed yet, it's staying closed up almost all the way.

I don't think they need all that much light, remember where they live naturally - way down at the bottom of a rock pile in water that is normally very turbid...

My experience with them, though, is that if you do get them up into a well lit environment, they will color up nicely and be quite attractive...

Ok I will spot feed them. No I don't have any special lighting =( that's why its fish only....Thanks guys.
