I recently had a good experience with Live Aquaria and their customer serive. I recently placed an order with them after hearing overall good feedback on reefcentral and wanted to echo that for people concerned about ordering online.
I had a little drama with the order- originally ordered 7 carberryi anthias (along with some other fish) and received a notice that everything had shipped but the anthias. When I called them, she mentioned that the lyretails were back in stock (which had been out two days earlier when I placed my order). At her advice I cancelled my current order, which only cancelled the carberryi anthias since the other fish had shipped, and then re-placed it splitting half and half betwen the lyretails and the carberryis.

This meant I got a Friday shipment with some blenny's and goby's, my lyretails on Saturday (only paid $10 for Sat. ship since they shipped new order free) and then a week later the carberry's were back in stock and they shipped totally free for a saturday delivery. So I got three overnight shipments for free.
One bicolor blenny was under the weather and he "disappeared" into the tank- probably quickly becoming a snack for my crabs and nassarius. I just spoke with them since he never re-appeared and they credited my credit card. They didn't insist on pictures, no issues with lack of proof and no insistence on store credit which would be eaten up by shipping. Also didn't credit the current sale price but the original price. All of those issues have happened with other online stores I will never use again (reefs2go).

Happy to have a positive experience and wanted to share. Also the fish were very large and in great shape. Anthias are picky shippers and they have been great and an awesome addition to my tank.
