here is about 170lbs of fiji live rock and lalo live rock ordered from drsfostersmith. been curing for about a week already and really stunk the first couple days. the live rock is curing in two big trash cans with a pump and airstones, there is another can not shown in the pic mainly of smaller pieces of each LR.

Thats some nice looking rock. Did you score any hitchhikers, good or bad?

weve seen a couple of small corals, not exactly sure what kind but a few, and some type of shrimp with big claws. not sure what they are as were new to this hobby. yah the LR in the pic is Lalo LR its supposedly really colorful and full of life.

Have you changed out any of the water since you have been curing it? If not you may want to do some water changes to get rid of the ammonia etc that is building up. Really nice looking live rock though. Have you noticed any bad hitchhikers yet? Aiptasia, majano anemones, etc?

yah we do 2 100% water changes weekly. no bad hitchhikers yet.
