just a quick question. i recently used your metroplex recipe and Rods Nano Frenzy food as a mixer. i did all that in a shot glass and covered it with cellophane. i then stuck a bbq skewer through the middle of the cellophane and stuck it all in the freezer. once frozen, i was able to make nice "lollipop" that i can stick in the water periodically to feed metroplex. all great except it was still a little broadcast feeding.
I took a little tank water, focus and metro and mixed it into a paste / liquid. this was then added to high quality pellets and mixed on a large plate. the reconstituted pellets became mush. i waited for half a day and stirred everything with a fork and covered everything with a paper plate. did this for 2-3 days until pellets dried out again and all of the liquid was absorbed. once dried, I stored the pellets in a small Tupperware container and medicated pellets where ready to feed when ever needed.
i am wondering however if the shelf life of the metro etc. will have been compromised by the process or if it will just remain as before. would you have any input? thanks.
