yes, a lot of people swear by it but a lot of people think it is just snake oil. The stuff smells like it has a lot of camphor (i think cant really remember) or something like that in it. I have only used it once and the fish died quicker than I thought it would. Anyways I don't think I will ever use it again.

just found an old bottle of it here is what it says:

antibacterial remedy for fresh and saltwater aquarium fish diseases

Ridiculous, you pay how much for those big bottles, and have to use so much, when really there is only 1% of it that is actually doing anything. Couldn't they just concentrate it a more than just a 1% solution.

I think when I got this bottle.....a looong time ago....I purchased it at wal-mart for around 4 bucks or so. but like i said...some swear by it.

melaleuca is tee tree oil and if I am not mistaken can be purchased
at any Walmart herbal counter and diluted to whatever strength needed. It is a strong homeopathic remedy and should be used sparingly.

i used one time for my Niger Triggerfish because he scrach on the rock and really wor,on 1 week one time a day and put the filter off for 1 hours a day he no have any more problems.
