I have a mystery wrasse in my 50. He's been pretty good, sticks to the rockwork. No signs of trying to jump yet.

But I think anything decent size is gonna go after your shrimp. I do like bangai cardinals, but have had no luck with them. The yellow tang loved to terrorize them. I moved them to a different tank, but i think my yellow tang snuck out of his tank, killed them, and jumped back into his tank.

Purple firefish is pretty nice but a jumper.

I have a Purple and a Red Firefish, not jumpers, didn't know the could.

I did have a Lawnmower Blenny jump out of my 40B, and a Diamond Goby go down my overflow twice in my 72Bow (died 2nd time)

Sometimes the signs of trying to jump is crispy dried fish on the floor. Any fish can jump if spooked. But it's true that some are more inclined to jumping than others. If you have enough deep sandbed for it, you might consider highfin gobies and a comensal shrimp. These go for their hole when frightened usually.

Chrysiptera hemicyanea may nice community fish and they are a lovely blue. I use the scientific name because similar looking damsels can be tank terrors.

hows the mandarin? I remember you having one in the ada. But I would imagine it was so much easier to try and train it in a shallow tank like that.

Hows training on the new mandarin? Or is it just eatting pods?
