Hello everybody. My name is Dale from Spring, TX and I was directed to this site by Gavin from Huntsville (sorry I don't know your screen name). I have had fresh and saltwater aquariums since I was a kid but never got into reefs. I recently bought Gavin's 135 G tank. It will take me a while to get a it to where I want it to be due to money, but I'll get it there someday.

BTW: If there is a place to post introductions, I'm sorry I made this post here because I couldn't find it.

Welcome to MARSH. Don't worry about having to start slow, that will give you plenty of time to think about your system for your reef and also time to do research on all that's involved with it. Learning as much about the corals, what to put where, which might "sting" each other, the chemicals they release, how big they get, etc. will fill your planning time It will also give you time to think of how your going to arrange your rock. It seems that people are getting away from the good ol "rock wall" look and going for some pretty creative reefs that allow for more individual growth of the coral, etc. Enjoy the planning and learning stage, it will pay off

Hey Dale I was just thinking about giving you a call just yesterday. I got busy at work and forgot.
I was going to ask if you got the bulkhead installed and If you are ready for sand ,water ect.
I still have the sand if you want it. I did not need any of it for the 200 gallon.
