I'm planning a tank with a few discus fish, a black ghost knife and a few tetras as well as a whiptail pleco but I'm trying to find the right tank as well.

What filtration will I need?
What is the upkeep for a discus?
What do they eat?

Best would be a canister filter. You can either do 50% water change once a day or go for every other day(not kidding). Discus can live with less amount of water change but will not thrive. Feed them a mix diet of blood worms, beef heart, shrimp, etc. There is a list somewhere online. That's what I did when I had discus.
