Hey gang!! Here is my 20 gallon reef tank. I tried to keep it a SPS only tank, but things managed to find there way into my tank. I have a 250 watt 10K SE MH and two 65 watt actinic blue PCs on this tank. Filtration is by a CPR Bakpak with a carbon filter. I also have a maxijet 800 and another powerhead of some type on there. My temperature stays between 78-82 degrees with the current fan. I do a 5 gallon water change every weekend, and dose with buffer and trace elements twice a week. I also have a auto-top off system on this tank. Since this tank is about a year old, I am patienly waiting for some of the coral to brighten out. Any suggestions and criticisms will be appreciated. Thanks. Now my corals.

SPS: Pachyseris rugosa (elephant skin), green montipora digitata, orange montipora digitata, purple montipora digitata, light brown montipora digitata, two orange montipora caps, two green montipora caps, frag of green montipoa cap, purple-rimmed green montipora cap, brown montipora cap, blue-polyped brown montipora cap, Idaho grape montipora cap, green elkhorn montipora, green pavona, two blue-tipped stag, ORA blue tort, pink millipora, turquoise millipora, pink-tipped yellow millipora, deep blue-tipped bottlebrush, blue-tipped tenius, purple-tipped tenius, yellow scroll coral, pink bird's nest, green cat's paw, pink cat's paw, purple slimer, blue losetta, pink-tipped green acropora, purple-tipped green acropora, Marshall Island acropora, blue hoeksemai, acropora turaki, purple valida, green hyndropora and two unknown sps corals. Most of these are frags, which are growing into nice small colonies.

Other coral: small orange acan colony, red with green stripes acan frag, yellow tonga leather, green star polyps, blue zoos, candy cane coral, xenia, two purple yuma polyps and a green galaxea.

Animals: pinkish flower anemone, Tomato Clown, mandarinfish, candy cane shrimp, peppermint shrimp and a Gigas clam.

Very nice tank! With all those corals, its starting to look a little busy. Have you got the bug to upgrade to a larger tank yet?

Thanks guys. I kinda do, but the thing is I'm a student living in a small upstairs apartment. Thus, space and money are limited. I also have a 29 gallon, but that is just my LPS and soft coral tank. I should combine them, but I just don't have the wall space and money. When I graduate and get a job, I will get a larger tank.

wow. that is a nice tank. I think in about 8 months, you'll be forced to start fragging (which is a good thing), and I'm hoping to be at that point as well with my nano. Hopefully we can get some serious trading at that point.

nice tank.
