Rose Anemones at Global (1 Viewer)

I just talked with John at Global and he told me that he had just received an order of Rose Anemones. He ordered 50 of them and still has 10 in stock. Apparently they are nice size specimens and he has them for a good price too. Just stop in and ask him. I wish I could get one, but unfortunately my finances are a little on the lean side right now, what with having to restock all of my fishies.

If you go out and get one or two of these gorgeous creatures, please post pictures for all to see.

these were going quick! went friday and they had maybe 8 left... back on saturday and they had 2 or 3 left...

I got mine Sunday evening. There was one more in the frag tank, and one in his display tank.

I do already have one, but I would like a second to frame the tank with. The one that I already have is all the way on the far right hand side of the tank. I would like one on the far left hand side too so that the tank is bookended by them.

Can someone post a picture of the one they go at global they look different from the Roses I have seen in the past because they also had some green in them. When I went there they had just got them so they weren't open.

It's $70 -which is a very good price for rose anemone. Most online store sell it for more than $70, not incl. shipping.

I just got my rose this Sunday from CityPet for $100. You may wonder why i paid higher .. just because I got a great deal from them to sell my fish (the pseudo I posted for sale here earlier), and zoo frags/ caulepra, .. so I ended up paying only $30 for the anemone. Also, the anemone I got was pink from tip to base and has very nice bubble tips Will post some pics this weekend.

Wow! $70 is a darn good deal!! I paid $120 for mine because it was overnighted. I love my rose!!! it has some sharp red colors!!! It really stands out in the tank as its the only super red coral. I dont ever feed it. well I did last week. but i feed it every 3 months so it wont get big on me and kill my SPS>

I talked with John at Global again this weekend, and he said that he would be getting in another shipment of Rose Anemones (~50) agian later this week. I am hoping to get at least one out of this shipment since I missed getting any from the last one.
