Timeout between sending PM's (1 Viewer)

Hey all. In the last few days on a number of occasions I've been trying to respond to multiple PM's. Maybe I just type too fast but every time I keep getting this "You must wait 60 seconds" thing when I try to send, and it's kind of annoying. Anyway we can drop that down a notch? I think the forum is set at 30 seconds between posts.

Samething happened to me three times yesterday. And my sent folder shows nothing so I don't know if it sent it or not.
