Well if you have outlook you can send them to yourself as an attachment and it'll auto reduce them for you, or you can create a photobucket account for free and link them from there. Really easy to do.

I've come across that error too, it happens when the image I'm trying to upload is more than 2 mb.

probably the hardest way to go about it ;)

http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/

it will give you an extra option when you rightclick a picture to scale it down and you can choose to either replace the original or create a duplicate. this works well for resiziging before loading to photobucket as well since photobucket will resize it for you but upload time is affected by large files.

There might be something to work out yet with the settings. It's set to allow 16Mb images at 2500x2500 and should resize if over that limit.
That is pretty liberal so there might be a issue somewhere that we will have to look into.

I just tried to download a picture in the "Member Galleris" and first time picture was to large I am assuming and the second time I resized it like I did for my Avatar and when I tried to download it the computer just hung-up and did not post. So what is the trick to get them to post in the "Member Galleries"?

Okay I am still having issues here uploading pics to my thread that I had posted yesterday.

Under Managed Attachments it comes up with these two options:
Upload Files from your Computer
or
Upload Files from a Website
When you are uploading from Photobucket what URL are you suppose to be putting in that box?

you have to go to Photobucket, then look at your uploaded pics. When you put your mouse over the one you want it will give you a menu. Use the bottom one that has tags. Just left click it and it'll copy it, then past it in the forum post.

The pasted code will look like this
[IMG]http://i1135.photobucket.com/albums/m622/r_little_2/2012-03-13_14-36-22_95.jpg
The resulting picture will be this once you click save on the post.
