For the folks who live on the South side of Houston in Webster or close by. Has anybody else noticed that the water changed? It is extremely soft and it taste like dirt?? I noticed the RO water has a lower pH, too. Dropped by a good 0.5. What can be done to raise the pH of the water? You think calling the city about the water quality will get me anywhere?

I use a carbonate cartridge. Basically, after my resin, I fill a resin container with aragonite and run my clean water through the aragonite to harden it.

I live in Webster on Barringer lane. A few weeks ago I noticed the water turn yellow and sputter pretty bad. That happened a few times one day and then seemed to go back to normal. Wierd though for sure.
