Hey I know its not very attractive, but I would get a small 4" clay pot and set it close to them or a ceramic tile turned with the rough side out.
They should be both cleaning the nest spot prior to laying, however it looks like they may just be going through the motions not really understanding why, then again her belly may just be itchy....lol

They already cleaned their spot just under their host anemone. My son would never stand for an unnatural addition to his tank. He would rather they never lay eggs than add a pot. Lol
