What is weond with my anemone? (1 Viewer)

What is wrong with it it has been pulling itself inside it's stock wor a few days now just out of the blue. I've had it for 2 months now and it was fine up untill 2-3 days ago. Here is a picture

Do a water change, check your levels make sure no elevated levels. They usually suck up like that when irritated or unhappy.
