From the picture I would guess Cabbage Leather Coral.

I posted too quick, it has a Hard Skeleton similar to a Brain and covered with Bluish/Teal color flesh like a Chalice! Looks like a Maze Brain coral that was held upside down and started to Melt or Drip....I know bad description..

Full Shot... It definitely has a fleshy covered skeleton of sorts. You have to click on the black Box to see it...

I believe we have it I.D.'d Carnation hard coral (Pectinia Sp.) Indeed a member of the Cabbage coral family.....Thanks Jdeveaux for the direction
