If you increase the flow rate, you'll reach the chlorine capacity quicker. Not something that can be calculated - has to be done in a lab to generate the empirical data.

Well - these systems are intended for use with "microbiologically-safe" water - meaning water w/o microbes. With city water, that is typically accomplished via the presence of residual free chlorine. So if you are being told the water delivered to your house may contain microbes...
Battery will need to be replaced at some point.
Periodically make sure your probes are aligned correctly in their tees.
Can you recalibrate? Yes - and any adjustment to the potentiometer affects the calibration of all there probes simultaneously.

Great to see you are using a three-probe meter rather than a two-probe meter.
TDS meters are simple devices - and there is not much you gain by going with an expensive meter. This is the opposite for pH meters.
inline monitors
Suggest you change the configuration of your system so that you don't have horizontal DI stages. They should be mounted vertically, with bottom-> up flow through each. They should be packed tightly so there is no free/empty space in the cartridge.

Yes - the UV will destroy the tubing. One thing you can do is run your tubing inside PVC pipe, or inside 1/2" PE tubing to shield it from the sun. PE Tubing
Please tell us what your THREE readings are:
TDS of tap water: ?
TDS of RO water: ?
TDS of DI water: 0
Are you making these readings with a TRM1 inline triple probe TDS meter?
After you rinse up a new RO membrane, TEST the TDS of the RO water before you start sending that RO water to the DI...
Seems to be some confusion...
The OP is talking about rinsing NEW filters when they are first installed.
You're talking about a flush valve on the concentrate line that operates AFTER filters have been installed, rinsed, and are operating normally.
Two different things.
