    Awesome tank! I would recommend ditching those vortech covers and get some 3d printed ones. Ebay sells them for 20 bucks for a set.

    You have this backwards for flow rate. With UV you want a longer contact time for ich and other parasites (slow flow). With algae you want more turnover in the UV so (more flow). Happy reefing.

    Match the PH and temperature. Use a air pump to bubble the water for at least 30 minutes. If he's weak I wouldn't dip longer than 2 minutes.     I have only seen benefits myself. I use outside air to scrub and it makes the SPS polyp extension crazy.

    Ive ran micro bubbles for 7 days while bubble scrubbing my aquarium using the elegance corals dino method. No issues at all. Corals, fish, clams, etc.
