    I don’t think there’s anything you can do on the client end. You contact Neptune and they will attempt to verify the sale by contacting the original owner. If no answer they then can remove the owner and reset the unit. This was their internal procedure as early as last year.

    I was in OLA a few weeks ago and noticed two diamond sleepers that looked like a mated pair. Iinteresting little guys to watch. and I really like having a diversity of small reef fish in my reef, beyond tangs and the like. The upside? They are indeed a mating pair. I dug up their eggs...

    I’ve really enjoyed mine. Actually found it more quiet than a sicce. They both have great warranties. BP is a newer manufacturer so I don’t know if anyone can answer how they compare long term.

    RedSea vs Waterbox

    Both manufacturers have a new line that includes a much upgraded stand. The Red Sea S even has an aluminum frame stand. I think both manufacturers have high quality tanks, it’s the stands that have been lacking. You don’t need to know anything about plumbing for either of these.
