Finally added an sps frag to the tank again , it's doing well so maybe will start stocking more hardy sps to the system.

what are some nice hardy sps corals that wont break the bank ? so far i have a green slimer , i lost all my monties when i moved so its the only one in the tank at the time.

Check your water chemistry if you are losing montiporas. It's probably the easiest coral to keep.

I lost them when I moved , the holding tank I had them between moves crashed when the pump in the sump failed and the temperature dropped and I didn't check it for 3 days when I was preoccupied with the move , it sucked had some nice once.

So I had some majano pop up and could not find anything that would eat it naturally so I bought a majano wand and it works amazingly well. I know there are majano that I will not be able to kill but at least now I can keep them out of sight !
