I got the harlequin from Dennis at FJW. His livestock is always top notch!

The Scopus is about 4" now.

These shots are of the 90. :)

Thanks!

No pair. Just the one female. My girlfriend is already pissed that I torture a chocalate chip star to feed this girl. :) She only has one arm left!!! The star, not the girlfriend. :)

I've got one that came with a biocube I picked up, missing 2 legs. He had a harlequin that died apparently. Kinda strange seeing a starfish haul butt around a tank with 2 nubs.

From what I read you can get about 2-3 of them and keep them in the sump. Each leg is supposed to last about 2 weeks roughly. If you feed them pieces of shrimp or meaty foods they will regrow the legs fairly quick. I haven't fed this one.

Yep, I feed my star anthelia and mysis, then the harlequin the star. :) Ah the circle of life. Funny seeing a one legged star scooting around my fuge.

I think it is more economical to feed one star until the last piece of him goes to the shrimp, thne buy another one. As opposed to having to feed three stars that I don't really like. :)

Note:
I feed the hell out of my star and he has barely started to regenerate the first leg I cut off.
