Hi. My original account is Haze_9. I took about a year break from being very active on the forum and wanted to start up again. I thought I was signed into my account and went to renew my membership. I paid and when I was done i saw how somehow it opened a new account of haze_901 instead of using my existing account. Is there a way to merge the two accounts or move my paid membership to Haze_9 and delete Haze_901? Ive been a member since 2007 and id like to keep using the same old account . Please HELP!

I love how a paid member can get zero help from the admins. Not one person has responded. I PMed one admin and was told it would be resolved and nothing. Guess this forum isn't the same as it was a year ago before my break. It's kind of disappointing.

I'm kinda confused... So you didn't renew your membership under haze_9..
You created a new one by mistake under haze_901...correct??

Correct. I was logged into my haze_9 account and selected the option to pay my account and somehow I am not sure when it was don't it had created a new account of haze_901. I don't know how or why. I must have clicked a wrong button.

I just wanted to have haze_9 be the paid account and have the 901 deleted if possible.

My haze_9 account was dormant and left as an unpaid member for a yearish. I wanted to start being a paid supporting member again. So I paid. It somehow created a new account of Haze_901 and that is now the supporting member account and my original haze_9 account shows as guest.

This is far from my department... But i will text the bod members who can at least give us an answer.. Worst case.... that it cannot be done!!
Give me a day at best....ill get you an answer!
