Acrylic:
Light
Better Clarity
External Overflow Box Option
Bended Corners
Very low chance of a leak
Higher resale price
Disdvantages:
Very prone to scratches
More expensive
Glass:
Takes a lot to scratch it.
Cheaper
Disdvantages:
Cost more to get Starfire Glass to get the clarity of acrylic
Heavy
Green tint with cheaper glass

I am a glass man I do not like any algae but I am lazy and would scratch the heck out of a acrylic tank by getting sand in the magnetic cleaner.

I would suggest you do a search on www.reefcentral.com this topic has been debated forever. Its a give or take with both.

I have an Acrylic 180. I love it. Just be carefull not to scratch it. Also Acrylic does not tend to crack like glass. BUT it is more prone to shattering. It is also better with light getting through it and you dont lose the light entensity and spectrum like you do with glass. Scratching is my only gripe about it. I have been all glass until this one. No problems with glass tanks yet for me.

I have an acrylic tank myself, and I just took out the scratches with a scratch removal kit from marine depot. Hard to beat the clarity of acrylic, especially when taking pictures.
