Do you have your lights go off completely at night? I have been leaving the blues on all night at 1 or 2%. Is that good, bad or neither?

I also think several hours of complete darkness is important. It's what everything we keep is adapted to. Also, I vaguely remember 1-2% light is enough for some photosynthesis.

Moonlight cycles are good to simulate breeding cycles otherwise I'd go all dark at night.

Ok, so I have my lights basically at 2% blues from 9pm to 3am and go completely dark now from 3am to 8am. For the past 6 months they had been at 2% blues all night. Thx!
