With the remnants of NO residents from post Katrina, I know some of you are still lurking about. Let's see show of hands which one among us are true die hard Saints fans. Despite our failure to knock off the cheeseheads earlier in the season, I feel we're capable of surpassing them this time around should it come to us meeting again in the NFCC game in GB. We have an improved D and a dynamic offense to go along with stout plays at ST. In addition, coaching and game planning are distinct advantages few teams in the league can proclaim better than ours. Only concern I have is the outside elements that may limit Breesus' throwing mechanic and derail our offensive scheme. Other than that I firmly believe we can and will knock off the Pickers :0)

Just about everyone in this area - me included - will be a Saints fan during the playoffs. Being from La, I followed the Saints long before I became an Oilers / Texans fan. So it's not just the Katrina transplants...

I bleed Black and Gold on some days and Purple and Gold on others!!!!!

Just learning the Texans, But will be cheering them on this Saturday too, if they are not televised the same time the Saints are on that is...LOL. I have been working so much this week I don't even know the schedules.

I lived in Berwick, La. for seven years before moving here, seven years ago. Having moved to Louisiana when I was two, that's where my memory really started, so Louisiana is my second home. I'm all LSU and Saints, but I'm kind of starting to go for the Texans also. However, if both the Texans and Saints make it to the Superbowl, I'll definately be rooting for the Saints.

I need to get the actual colors for LSU is it Purple and Gold or is it Purple & Yellow? There are so many color variations out there and I need the exact name for the colors because I have to make some beaded keychains with LSU/Tigers on them.

I make various keychains for different teams from: Longhorns, Texas A&M, Astro's Dallas Cowboys, LSU and can't remember the others ones.

That would be Alabama.

I have to admit that even though I am an LSU fan, Bama showed up to play and deserved the win. LSU on the other hand, well for being on the feild for 35+ minutes, the defense was ok. On the other hand, the offense and the coaching SUCKED!!!!!!

At least next year we won't have to worry about Jefferson. I don't usually wish ill for anyone, but I hoped he did his studying, because I really don't think the NFL should even consider picking him up as a water boy.

As fat as the Saints and the Texans, that is indeed a no lose situation, I would favor the Saints of course! The only thing that would make the posibility of them facing each other better, would be if it were to be held in either New Orleans or here in Houston. But being a realist, the possibility of them facing each other is slim, but we can hope!

I had Saints season tickets from the first year until I went away for college and started again when I returned to NO but gave them up when we moved here 8 years ago.
I never miss a Saints game (NFL Sunday ticket) and dvr the Texans when they conflict!
I support both except when they play.
