I have to do some plumbing work and my husband is not available to help me. I've never done this before and the tank has to be up and running by 8 AM on Saturday because I am taking over the contents of someone else's reef tank who has to get their ruined hardwood floors redone before they move! Time is my enemy.
So, are there any "plumbing for extreme dummies" sites available? I only learn visually so I need some really good pictures.
The tank is basically a cube tank with an overflow that has two holes drilled in the bottom. I think it's a 58 gallon tank. The sump is a little 10 gallon tank that sits in the stand (sump came with tank). The pump is an Iwaki 30RLT, or I have a Mag 18 if that's easier, but the Mag 18 has always been my saltwater mixing pump and it makes the water SO HOT! I don't think I'll be plumbing a skimmer into the system because it sounds like too much trouble, and this is a temporary setup, but I do have a PM Bullet if I need to do it.
*HELP*
Also, is there a place on the southside to buy bulkheads?
Thanks
Sherri
