Looks like i'm going with glasscages.com, but I don't like their glass bulkheads so i'm gonna get it done local. Anyone know where I can get it done?

When I had it done, John charged me $25 total to drill 1 hole in my glass tank and 3 holes in an acrylic sump.
$20 a hole is pretty much the going rate. If you are getting several holes done, they might cut you a deal, but for just 1 hole, I would be surprised if you can find it much cheaper.
