Anyone using the CLEAR wireless internet? (1 Viewer)

We are setting my son up in his apartment in Austin, and the Clear wireless internet looks like good deal for him for $40 a month. But we were thinking about ditching our DSL and getting their home service too for an additional $25. Anyone have experience with it? Just wondering how reliable and how well it works.

Depending on where your son is located, will determine how fast the internet will be. We have it at the store, and it was the best thing available. Not quite as fast as comcast, but wayy better than dial up. Call whoever your agent to make sure service there is good.

just like your phone, if u can get a good signal, speed is as good or better than dsl..again just make sure u can catch a good signal.

I am dumping Comcast & just signed up for Clear. I haven't hooked it up yet but I am glad we have a non-AT&T and non-Comcast option for internet now.
