Does anyone have any experience, knowlegde, or recommendations about this model dosing pump.

I found some used for $39.

I've looked into those pumps before. The only drawback is that the flow rate is fixed, and they don't have a timer. Hook them up to a timer or float switch and they should work well.

Mike would you happen to know the fixed flow rate i looked them up real fast but couldent seem to fin it... looking again...

They say 3L/HR does that meen 3000 ML per Hour? Thats a pretty fast flow for kalk or something isent it? Mine is at 150 ML/HR... or am i converting wrong?

No, it's 3Lph or .8 gph. It is a fast flow rate, which is why you would want to cycle it with a timer or use a float switch.

The flow rate is .3 L/H. You missed the "point" in there. It is 300ml/h which is the max flow rate of the Kangaro 324 Dosing pump i have right now.

I need it to connect to my Octopus controll, it will turn it on/off as needed.

I did read on ReefCentral that they don't last long at continuous use.

Do ya'll want to group order it, we could clean him out and save on shipping.
