My original post was about aquacave and cheap shipping and have no idea where other things came up. That's normal on marsh-almost every topic goes south.

I don't see why this thread had to turn into a personal attack.

We had 14 great posts... a nice discussion about buying from aquacave and other online retailers vs lfs. It's a common topic. The subject just evolved, it hadn't gone south at that point.
I like aquacave and some other online retailers. I buy most of my dry goods online because I'm impatient and I like getting presents delivered to my door.
On the other hand, I prefer to buy all my livestock in person. That's just me. Ben brought up some great points about the advantages to shopping local.

I posted this morning in my build thread that I got the vertex neck cleaner.
I ordered it online (per my comments above) but I chose to order from Premium Aquatics because I was on their sponsor forum on RC going back and forth with Jeremy with some general skimmer questions. When I decided to get the neck cleaner I knew I was going to order it from them because of our interaction. I might have saved a couple bucks ordering somewhere else but I didn't care. They earned my business. I know this has nothing to do with your OP, but it goes hand in hand with what Ben was saying in reply to the rest of the thread... getting the cheapest deal online is fine and dandy but sometimes there are good reasons to choose a different route.

To stay on topic, Aquacave.... super and not so super.
Ordered a Neptune Systems PM2, Conductivity, Temperature, I/O Expansion Box from Aquacave about a week ago.
Not so difficult you would say.
Well.....It came in today......the PM1,
Called and they gonna overnight it for tomorrow.
Btw, before I placed the order I called a few LFS if they had it in stock or could order it for me but it would take weeks cause it was in back order.
I have a witness for that.
