Just surprised I logged on this morning and there wasn't a post about this yet. Just figured I would post and see what everyone else's thoughts are about this new achievement.

I personally think that he is a great ball player and it does take lots of talent to hit a home run. But, I think that during the period where he was supposedly taking the HGH or steroids or whatever, he had an unfair advantage. You can clearly see where his homers jumped up into not natural numbers for him. I guess it is the sports fault for not testing then. Oh well I'm enjoying the repeated playing of the interview where they ask him if the record is tainted and he is squirming around saying no no its not tainted period lol. I just wish i truly knew what Hank Aaron though of the record being broken

Hopefully, A-Rod will remain healthy and break Bar-roid's record in about six or seven years. As for the roids...I'd have a little bit of respect for they guy if he'd just own up to it. Otherwise, I've got none for him.

Yeah ever since the BALCO deal everyone knows he is guilty but he just doesn't want to admit it...I think he put it that he did not knowingly take steroids lol....oh well. They are projecting that the ball will sell for less than mcGwire's ball did...I think that was around 3 million. I think it belongs in Cooperstown but who knows. I hope someone does come along eventually and breaks the record again....without the use of steroids or HGH or whatever.

Personally I am more impressed with fishcraze winning totm on reef central. Different than Barry Bonds, Quoc readily admits he used roids....reefroids.
