I swear I have yet to order anything from them that hasn't come in either damaged or with wrong items! I have spent a couple thousand dollars with them over the last few years and I still can't get a package in good condition. They suck at packing. Prices are ok most the time when running a sale, but that's about it. Customer service tries to act like it's your fault and good luck getting a replacement. Once again I ordered some chemicals and they put plenty of bubblewrap in the box but put all the bottles together, so of course they are going to smash up against each other.... Just FYI.... Not mention that they always have a delay in getting the items shipped out. I ordered this stuff before Xmas and just now getting it. Ugh!! I will stick to local vendors or dr foster & smith.

I have had really good luck with premium aquatics (marsh sponsor). The one thing that was damaged (an eheim pump) was promptly replaced (as in shipped out the next day). They didn't even want the old pump back, so a few parts later I had a spare pump. Marine depot as well but I prefer to try and buy from our sponsors.
Good to hear about Al's I had seen some competitive pricing before and considered using them, glad I didn't. I also had very good customer service from Premium Aquatics. No reason to keep spending money with someone who keeps screwing up, too many good vendors out there.
