hi i went to my LFS and they had an blue throat trigger for sale,but i have some questions is it reef safe. I have alot of rock work, will it nock it over??

reef safe in terms of corals and most shrimp, crabs, and snails. I've heard very infrequent reports of them pestering some smaller ornamental shrimp, that's probably your biggest risk. They are not bruisers like other triggerfish, they should leave your rock alone. What size tank do you have? I wouldnt put one of these fish in a tank under about 100 gallons, personally.
